Pendragon

Born in the late '80s in Hidalgo, Mexico, raised on arcade games, Japanese animation, sci-fi films, and underground culture, Pendragon began building his own visual language long before he had a name for it. Architecture, painting, CGI, metalwork, graphic design: he moved through disciplines not to collect credentials, but to master the tools that let him make exactly what he imagined.

Now based in Cologne, Germany, he works at the intersection of sculpture, design, and plastic as a radical medium. His practice draws from occultism, transmutation, and symbolism as much as culture and nostalgia, the result is objects that feel simultaneously ancient and mutant, like relics from an alternate timeline assembled in a backstreet workshop.
Widely recognized as one of the leading figures in the new wave of action figure bootlegging, Pendragon has become the defining reference point for Sofubi art in Europe. He has exhibited across Mexico, Spain, the United States, Australia, and Chile, with work carried by specialized retailers internationally. He operates as a one-man studio and that's exactly the point.

Plastic is his medium. The artifact is his form. The mythology is entirely his own.
